I must admit that the Real Estate market is busier than I expected for the fact that it is the middle of Summer. Maybe it’s due to the bad weather? But the market has been reasonably busy up until last week. I have noticed a slow down though in this past week. I think everyone has been “waiting out the weather” are finally fed up and saying” we might as well just go on holidays because if we wait any longer, Summer will be over!” They are finally taking holidays rain or shine, and lucky for them the weather seems to be getting better.

I think this is all contributing to a slower Summer Real Estate market to come for the month of August. That means it is time to buy! If you have been considering buying but have been waiting for the right opporunity, well, here it is! Don’t do what the majority of buyers do and sit on the fence through the slow markets, and then jump into the market in Spring when it is really cookin’ and everyone is buying. That is when the proces will increase and selection will decrease.
